I don’t do AI for AI’s sake – I like using it where it quietly removes manual work, reduces miscommunication, or speeds up experiments.

From developer to project lead

Started in software development and grew into project and team leadership — working with ERP, POS, CRM and SaaS platforms.

I enjoy turning messy, manual processes into cleaner flows, better tools and less firefighting.

  • Malaysian Chinese, grew up around KL, now mostly around Kepong.
  • Happy in both technical and business conversations — API diagrams or ROI slides, both ok.

  • Prefer small, testable steps instead of big-bang projects.
  • Direct communication, no drama. If something will slip, I’ll say it early.
